Account Deletion

How to permanently delete your Bar Metrik account and associated data.

This page applies to the Bar Metrik mobile app (iOS and Android) and related services provided by METRIK SOLUTIONS DOO SUBOTICA. You can delete your account in any of the following ways.

1. In the app

The app is in Serbian; English translations of the menu items are given in parentheses.

  1. Sign in to the Bar Metrik app.
  2. Open Podešavanja (Settings) → Moj nalog (My account).
  3. At the bottom of the screen, in the Brisanje naloga (Account deletion) section, tap Obriši nalog (Delete account).
  4. Enter your current password and confirm with Obriši trajno (Delete permanently).

Your account and data are deleted immediately, and the app signs you out.

2. On this page

If the app is no longer installed, you can delete your account here by entering the email address and password you sign in with.

3. By email

If you have forgotten your password or can't access your account, send a request to office@barmetrik.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Account deletion”.

  • To prevent abuse, we only act on requests sent from the account's email address. Otherwise, we will send a confirmation to the account's email address.
  • We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and notify you by email.

What is deleted

  • the user account and sign-in credentials;
  • inventory counts, reports and count drafts;
  • counting locations (storages);
  • custom products and their photos, assortment selection, favorite products and display order;
  • employee profiles and their PINs;
  • notification email addresses and settings;
  • customer details (contact person, name, address) and subscription data.

What is retained

  • Invoices — kept for the period required by accounting law, as we are legally obliged to.
  • Error reports (Sentry) — may contain the account's email address and are deleted automatically after at most 90 days.
  • Database backups — deleted data may remain in backups until they expire, after which it is permanently erased.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want to keep your reports, export them from the app as PDF before deleting your account.
